Business Development and Revenue

  • Build and maintain longterm, trusted client relationships.
  • Expand existing client accounts by identifying new needs and innovative solutions.

    • Client Impact and Delivery Excellence

      • Serve as a trusted advisor to CEOs, boards and CPOs on leadership and succession.
      • Translate client challenges into actionable insights and highimpact strategies.
      • Write and review clientfacing deliverables, ensuring clarity, rigor, relevance, and impact.
      • Provide strategic oversight across complex client engagements, ensuring alignment with client needs, project scope, and TMG’s standards of excellence.
      • Ensure rigorous scope, delivery, and quality assurance of multifaceted client projects, maintaining seniorlevel ownership of outcomes.
      • Contribute to and scale proprietary tools, frameworks, and best practices.
        • Talent Development and Leadership

          • Develop and mentor the next generation of TMG, particularly Directors.
          • Delegate work that balances project needs with individual development goals.
          • Provide consistent feedback, career counseling, and coaching to team members.
          • Rolemodel TMG’s values and culture of excellence, inclusion, and intellectual rigor.
            • Requirements

              • Advanced degree (MBA, PhD) or equivalent executivelevel experience in leadership advisory or coaching.
              • At least 10 years of experience working closely with Csuite executives, with a demonstrated ability to influence decisionmaking at the highest levels.
              • Demonstrated success in growing client relationships and generating new business through referrals, proposals, or thought leadership.
              • Exceptional ability to synthesize complex issues into actionable insights and influence senior stakeholders through credibility and trust.
              • Recognized expert in at least two of the following areas: executive coaching, succession planning, talent assessment, or board effectiveness, with exposure to others preferred.
              • Effective communicator with the ability to lead executive conversations, facilitate highstakes meetings, and deliver compelling written and verbal content.
              • Experience leading and developing diverse, highperforming teams with a track record of mentoring others and fostering collaboration.
              • Consistently produces highquality, clientready content with limited oversight – tailored to executive audiences and aligned to business impact.
              • Brings entrepreneurial energy, strong ethical grounding, a “learnitall” mindset, and the resilience to thrive in a fastpaced, highstakes environment.

                  Compensation

                  TMG offers a competitive base salary, discretionary bonus, and benefits package. A reasonable estimate of the base salary for this position is $325,000 $400,000, with the potential for additional performancebased earnings. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. Salary is one component of TMG’s total rewards package, which includes a discretionary performance bonus, 401K, generous paid time off, benefits, and wellness program.
