FACILITY MANAGEMENT MANAGER

Job Title: Facility Management Manager
Location: Remote Area Site LNG Oil & Gas Facility
Reporting To: Site General Manager Operations Manager
Employment Type: FullTime, SiteBased (Roster or FIFO)

Job Purpose:

The Facility Management Manager will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the effective operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all site support facilities at the LNG project location. This includes camp accommodation, catering, laundry services, facility maintenance, and other general services that support a safe, clean, and efficient living and working environment in a remote area setting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Camp Operations & Allocation

• Manage and optimize accommodation allocations for site personnel, ensuring efficient use of housing facilities.
• Oversee checkincheckout processes, cleanliness, and room conditions.
• Monitor occupancy levels and forecast future requirements.

• 2. Catering & Food Services

  • Ensure delivery of highquality food services across the site, including hygiene, nutritional standards, and dietary requirements.
  • Manage and supervise catering vendors and performance against KPIs.
  • Address feedback and complaints related to food quality and services.

  • 3. Laundry & Housekeeping Services

    • Ensure timely and efficient laundry and housekeeping operations for all camp residents.
    • Monitor service quality and compliance with hygiene standards.

    • 4. Facility Maintenance

      • Oversee the daily maintenance of all site facilities, ensuring functionality, safety, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
      • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
      • Manage breakdown repairs and emergency responses swiftly and effectively.

      • 5. Facility Improvement & Infrastructure

        • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of facilities and infrastructure (housing, recreational areas, utility systems, etc.).
        • Lead and coordinate small to mediumsized facility upgrade projects.
        • Ensure all works are executed in a safe, timely, and costeffective manner.

        • 6. Vendor and Contractor Management

          • Supervise thirdparty contractors and service providers; ensure contracts are executed according to terms.
          • Monitor servicelevel agreements (SLAs) and evaluate performance.

          • 7. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)

            • Ensure all facility management activities comply with site HSE standards and procedures.
            • Promote safety culture across all facility service areas.
            • Participate in audits, inspections, and incident investigations as required.

            • 8. Budgeting & Reporting

              • Prepare and manage facility management budgets and forecasts.
              • Generate regular reports on service levels, occupancy, maintenance activities, and improvement projects.

              • Qualifications and Requirements:

                • Bachelors degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Hospitality, or a related field.
                • Minimum 810 years of experience in facility management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role at a remote or industrial site.
                • Prior experience in oil & gas, mining, or similar heavy industry environments is highly preferred.
                • Strong knowledge of camp operations, preventive maintenance, vendor management, and HSE compliance.
                • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
                • Comfortable working in a remote, multicultural, and fastpaced environment.
                • Familiar with CMMS or other maintenance and facility management systems.
