The Role: Administration Assistant

This role is ideal for someone who finds joy and calm in structured processes, precise tagging, and order. As an Administration Assistant, youll work closely with the Head of Sales, ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly and efficiently. This is not a clientfacing role; its for someone who prefers deep focus, operational excellence, and consistently helping others stay organised and effective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and enrich prospecting lists using tools like Clay, LinkedIn, and Google
  • Keep CRMs and shared inboxes updated, tagged, and organised
  • Monitor and spot triggers like planning applications and outbound signals
  • Research case studies and customer insights for personalised outreach
  • Support the Head of Sales with prep work, admin tasks, and materials
    • About You

      • 2+ years in an administrative or researchheavy support role
      • Strong experience using Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, and CRMs
      • Obsessed with tidiness, tagging, and backend systems
      • Quietly competitive and motivated by efficiency and accuracy
      • Prefer building systems and solving data puzzles over meetings or calls
      • Proven reliability, independence, and pride in making others more effective
