The Chapter Systems & Analytics Manager resides in the Chapters department at SCTE. This team builds and supports a national network of memberled communities that foster local engagement, professional development, and industry innovation. We empower volunteers, deliver key programs and events, and ensure chapter operations align with SCTE’s mission to advance the cable industry through workforce training, leadership, and community connection. This team plays a vital role in amplifying SCTE’s reach, impact, and member experience at the grassroots level.
The Chapter Systems & Analytics Manager plays a critical role in the sustainability and modernization of SCTE’s chapter infrastructure. This position will support the postrollout operations of the chapter digital platform, manage data systems that support chapter compliance, and oversee automation of the Chapter Awards Matrix, SharePoint file management, web page and app administration.

Compensation: The salary range is $91,520 $109,720. This position is eligible for bonus incentive compensation up to 17.5% of base salary.
