JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Manage and support Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), including conditional access, identity governance, and hybrid configurations.
• Administer and support Proofpoint for email security and threat protection.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting.
• Implement Microsoft 365 security and compliance features.

2. Requirements (Experience, Education, Skills, Systems Knowledge)
• Experience: 7+ years in IT, 5+ years with Microsoft 365 and cloud services.
• Skills: PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Purview, Proofpoint, Azure ADEntra ID, Microsoft Intune, troubleshooting, project management.
• Systems Knowledge: Microsoft 365 suite, Azure, AWS, Microsoft Graph API, ServiceNow or Jira.
• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
