Job description


Integrity seeks an experienced IDIQ Program Manager to serve as the authorized representative for technical and administrative performance of all services required by our Government customer. The Program Manager serves as the single point of contact through which all ContractorGovernment communications, work and technical direction are managed.
We seek a solid leader to provide business developmentoperations leadership and direction for a recently awarded IDIQ in the USSOCOM vertical. This position can be located in Tampa, Florida or Eastern NC may also be considered.

Specific responsibilities include:

Providing an appropriate level of management and supervision of IDIQ task order support personnel to accomplish the following:
  1. Orientation training to client requirements, processes and work environmentculture for new Personnel;
  2. Daytoday supervision of personnel assignments;
  3. Periodic training of personnel;
  4. Work Schedule of contract staff;
  5. Quality control of work performed by Integrity personnel;
  6. Interface between Integrity and the COR;
  7. Timely, quality submission of all reports and deliverables;
  8. Call Order proposal response managementpreparation.
    1. Required SkillsQualifications:
      • 10 years total experience in USSOCOM (US Special Operations Command) assigned organizations, as military, Government civilian, or contractor
      • 5 years Program Management experience on a DoD contract
      • Masters degree in any Business related field or and Bachelors Degree and an additional 5 years (total 15 years) experience in USSOCOM assigned organizations, as military, Government civilian, or contractor
      • Project Management Professional (PMP certified or DAWIA Level III PM certification OR an additional 5 years (total 10 years) Program Management experience on a DoD contract
      • Occasional travel to MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida
      • Proven understanding of Cost Plus, Cost Reimbursable, T&M, and Fixed Price contracts. Direct experience with Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Task Order environments. Thorough knowledge of the Shipley capture and proposal process.
      • Knowledge and proven track record of IDIQs, GSA, or FEDSIM success is desired.

        • Clearance Required:
          • Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
