Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced permanentfulltime Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a Full Stack Developer you will develop a reporting and investigation management interface and supporting systems, creating userfriendly tools for investigators to review flagged cases, analyze evidence, and manage an investigation workflow. As a member of this project, you will help ensure the delivery of healthcare to millions of Americans by monitoring and preventing fraud, waste, and abuse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build the Investigation Notebook UI using modern web frameworks (ReactAngular).
  • Develop responsive dashboards and data visualization components.
  • Create the evidence packet generation and case management system.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs for frontendbackend integration.
  • Build reporting tools and executive dashboards.
  • Implement user authentication and rolebased access controls.
  • Develop automated alert and notification systems.
  • Ensure responsive design and accessibility compliance.
  • Integrate with existing CMS systems and authentication frameworks.

  • Minimal Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of fullstack web development experience.
  • Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)Strong backend development skills (Node.js, Python FlaskFastAPI, or .NET Core).
  • Experience with RESTful API design and development.
  • Knowledge of database design and SQL.
  • Experience with cloud deployment and containerization.
  • Understanding of web security best practices.
  • US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
  • Must reside in the Continental US.
  • Depending on the government agency, specific requirements may include public trust background check or security clearance.

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js, or similar).
  • Knowledge of government web standards and 508 compliance.
  • Experience with OAuth2SAML authentication systems.
  • AWS or cloud platform certifications.
