As a Business Development Manager at Xsolla you will be responsible for researching, understanding, and selling Xsollas products and solutions to clients in Global. Your primary functions will be sourcing and building new partnerships with individuals in the video game community and closing deals. Since this role is connected to the company strategy you will be able to influence decisions on a global level and the director role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
ldenitfying and following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
Planning, preparing and performing presentations
Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
Maintaining exisiting client relationships
Writing reports in our corporate resources
Submitting service proposals and negotiating contracts
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years experience in Business Development Management or similar;
Resultsoriented and able to work independently;
Strong selfmotivation and high level of commitment;
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or other related fields;
Experience in working with huge amount of data and in multitasking;
Excellent communication skills; Proven ability to negotiate;
Ability to make decisions and take full responsibility;
FluentNative English and Russian languages. teamwork demands
