About the Role
As a Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll own the strategy and execution of Unstructured’s growth engine. From running datadriven acquisition campaigns to building lifecycle programs that turn interest into activation and engagement into retention, this is a highimpact, handson role with significant influence on Unstructured’s revenue and product adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage multichannel marketing campaigns (email, paid search and paid social) aimed at increasing user acquisition and activation.
Own growth KPIs, leveraging AB testing, analytics, and performance metrics to measure success and continuously optimize campaigns.
Lead experiments and identify scalable channels that enhance conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs.
Drive demand generation through targeted campaigns, SEO, and content initiatives tailored to our ICPs
Leverage analytics tools to track customer behavior, identifying user segments and optimizing the user journey for increased engagement and retention.
Work closely with customer success to develop lifecycle marketing and engagement strategies that foster longterm relationships with users.
