Driven by our mission to reduce financial inequality and expand access to ethical investments, we are growing our real estate crowdfunding team in the US and seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Analyst to source highpotential property investments.

Job Brief:We are seeking an experienced, wellconnected Real Estate Analyst to identify and acquire properties that meet our investment criteria, focusing on strong rental yields and capital appreciation potential. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the North American real estate market, ability to build a strong industry network (e.g., realtor, property manager, etc.), and a proven track record of securing offmarket, belowmarketvalue, or highpotential investment opportunities.

Job Description:Conduct market research and analysis to identify key regions (e.g., by zip codes, cities, etc.) to invest in real estate assets.
Source and secure residential properties with high yield and capital appreciation potential across the US.
Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, property managers, and developers.
Conduct initial due diligence, including market analysis, financial projections, and risk assessment.
Negotiate favorable terms for property acquisitions and assist in transaction management and completion.
