What Youll Be Doing
Build & Ship: Develop, test, and deploy userfacing features in Dart using Flutter, ensuring code reaches millions of users safely and efficiently.
Craft Experiences: Design trustworthy, intuitive user interfaces that make complex financial operations feel effortless for our customers.
Solve & Optimize: Investigate and resolve issues while continuously improving performance and scalability across our mobile ecosystem.
Collaborate & Plan: Participate in feature planning, estimation, and scoping alongside product and design teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Mentor & Learn: Review pull requests, pair program with teammates, and contribute to our engineering culture of continuous improvement.

What Youll Need To Succeed
AIFirst Mindset: See AI as an extension of your thinking—fluent with tools like GPT and opensource LLMs, naturally integrating them into workflows to automate and amplify impact.
Flutter Expertise: Have solid experience with mobile app development using Dart and Flutter Framework, with deep understanding of the widget system and lifecycle.
