Dragonfli Group is a consulting firm based in Washington, DC that provides cybersecurity and IT services to government agencies and large commercial enterprises. We specialize in supporting highimpact initiatives across regulated industries where reliability, compliance, and security are essential.


We are currently seeking an experienced AssurX Certified Developer to join a remote consulting team supporting a largescale AssurX ECOS deployment for a major U.S. utility. This is a handson, clientfacing role ideal for someone with deep knowledge of NERC CIP compliance and the technical expertise to design, configure, and troubleshoot enterprisegrade AssurX solutions.


As part of this engagement, you will work directly with operational and compliance stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation, adoption, and optimization of AssurX modules. You’ll contribute across the full lifecycle—from requirements gathering and configuration to testing, enhancement, and ongoing support.


This is a U.S.based remote position that requires quarterly travel to the West Coast for onsite working sessions and solution reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and configure AssurX ECOS modules aligned with client business requirements and technical goals
  • Guide and implement configuration strategies that align with NERC CIP regulatory standards
  • Lead system testing efforts and remediate critical issues identified during integration or user acceptance testing
  • Provide ongoing technical support postdeployment, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and enduser guidance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend workflow improvements, process automations, and user adoption strategies
  • Analyze constraints and risks, propose solutions, and deliver reliable technical documentation and configuration artifacts
  • Support enhancement efforts based on user feedback and evolving compliance needs

    • Requirements

      Musthave:

      • AssurX Advanced Developer Certification
      • Minimum 5 years of experience designing, configuring, and deploying AssurX ECOS or equivalent solutions
      • Proven experience supporting NERC CIP or similar critical infrastructure compliance programs
      • Demonstrated ability to lead software configuration projects in regulated or utility environments
      • Strong troubleshooting, testing, and defect remediation skills
      • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident
      • Must reside in and remain within the continental United States for the duration of the engagement
      • Must be willing and able to travel to the West Coast once per quarter

        • Preferred:

          • Previous experience deploying enterprise platforms in utility or energy sectors
          • Background in IT compliance, audit readiness, or security governance
          • Experience with systems integration or automating compliance workflows
