As a Product Readiness Coordinator you will support Go to Market (GTM) in planning, execution, and preparedness of new product releases. The GTM teams include Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Customer Outcomes Journey, and Professional Services. The ideal candidate has experience maintaining business programs, is detail oriented, and data fluent. 

You will report to our Director, Readiness.

You Will:

  • Maintain existing processes and business programs related to Product Readiness and product feedback loops
  • Execute the documentation of processes and support iteration as processes evolve and business needs change
  • Maintain change implementation cadences for processes, supports the business change requests, and works at scale
  • Support business management processes including meeting minutes and content, along with leadership communications and recaps
  • Maintain visibility of key business metrics for line of business leadership 
  • Collaborate with supporting teams for the line of business processes
  • Maintain visibility for leadership into the lines of business portfolio of projects, roadmap, and programs
  • Collaborate with the Product Readiness team to support the lines of business’ strategy and day to day operations

You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience maintaining a program that includes changes to process, people and technology
  • 2+ years of experience working with data sets
  • Experience working with the Smartsheet platform is preferred
  • Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies 
  • Motivated by an entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Strong Command of English language both oral and written (B2 and above)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
