🔍 About the Role:
Open Doors ABA is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active Tennessee LBA license to join our growing team. Start parttime (5–25 hrsweek) with the opportunity to increase to fulltime (25+ hrsweek) based on your goals and performance.

This is a remote, flexible position where you’ll provide highquality, individualized ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities—backed by a collaborative and supportive clinical team.

          • Strong understanding of ABA principles and assessment tools

          • Excellent communication and documentation skills
