Key responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of CRM, CDP, and marketing automation systems from start to finish.
Identify opportunities to improve marketing technology stacks and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams to define specifications and ensure successful project delivery.
Support marketing analytics and reporting, understanding user journeys and multi-channel messaging.
