Job Description:

Client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee and manage our technical projects and programs under the umbrella of MyCity services. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex technical initiatives, coordinating crossfunctional teams, and ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering largescale technical projects.

Scope of Services:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including engineering, product management, and other stakeholders, to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers that may impact project success, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and security requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership, providing regular project updates and status reports.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing best practices, processes, and tools to optimize program management and project delivery.

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
• 12+ years of proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role, managing and delivering complex technical projects.
• Strong technical background and understanding of software development methodologies and practices.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate crossfunctional teams.
• Proactive and resultsoriented mindset, with a focus on driving projects to successful completion.
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate through technical challenges and find effective solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
• Experience with program management tools and software, and proficiency in project management techniques and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
• Experience working in large and complex ecosystem
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Azure, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services
• Experience working with NYC Government Agencies
