About the Role


We’re looking for a topperforming Dealer Services Agent to take the lead in the Lincoln, Nebraska market. This is a homeofficebased, remote role, but you must live locally to support dealership visits and grow regional relationships.


You’ll sell F&I products to a variety of auto dealers—franchise, independent, and luxury—while managing your own territory and driving highvolume deal flow. This is a role for selfstarters who know the dealership world and want full control over their income.


What You’ll Do

  • Sell F&I products to dealerships across the Lincoln metro and surrounding areas.
  • Build strong relationships with GMs, dealer principals, F&I directors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Close 10–12 deals per week using consultative sales, menubased presentations, and deal structuring.
  • Manage the entire sales process—from prospecting to signing—while expanding your book of business.
  • Work independently while hitting clear goals—no micromanagement.

      What You Bring

      • 5+ years of experience in F&I, automotive sales, or dealership operations (franchise or independent preferred).
      • A proven track record of closing highvolume deals with strong PVR performance.
      • Strong understanding of F&I products, dealer finance workflows, and lender relationships.
      • Selfmotivated and entrepreneurial—able to manage a territory with discipline and hustle.
      • Resilient, competitive, and performancedriven.
      • Must reside in or near Lincoln, NE, with ability to travel throughout the territory.

          • $5,000month base during your first 90 days (rampup period)
          • 100% commissionbased compensation thereafter
