What You’ll Do:

• Originate residential mortgage loans in one or more licensed states
• Build and manage your pipeline using LendingHouse tools and CRM
• Maintain compliance with state and federal mortgage regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and closing
• Deliver excellent service and transparency to borrowers from application to funding

Qualifications:

• Active NMLS license (at least one state required)
• Minimum 12 months experience as a producing loan officer
• Consistent history of $1M+ monthly production preferred
• Strong understanding of mortgage guidelines and products
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Experience with LOS and CRM systems (preferred)
