Auto Club Enterprises is hiring fulltime, motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our industryleading Insurance Call Center team. If youre passionate about helping others and thrive in a fastpaced, memberfocused environment, we want to hear from you!

What We Offer

• $23 – $25 per hour starting pay

• Additional $1per hour for EnglishSpanish bilingual fluency

• $1,000 hiring bonus for those with an active Property & Casualty License (external candidates only)

• Paid, inperson training at: 3700 Central Ave Riverside, CA 92506

• Training schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am5:45pm, and every 3rd Saturday from 8:00am5:00pm with a day off during the following week. Training is approximately 17 weeks onsite.

• Posttraining schedule: MondayFriday, 10:15am7:00pm, including every Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm with a day off during the following week. This also includes the opportunity to work from home.

• What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions related to insurance policies and AAA memberships

  • Deliver personalized, proactive solutions and recommend valuable products and services

  • Engage with members using strong communication and a friendly, problemsolving mindset

  • Think quickly and critically to resolve issues—this is not a scripted environment

  • Navigate multiple systems and tools while actively listening and multitasking

  • Maintain a positive, cando attitude in a fastpaced and evolving environment

  • Participate in ongoing coaching and development to continually enhance your performance

    What You’ll Need

    • Prior customer service experience (recent call center experience preferred)

    • Spanish fluency is a plus!

    • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)

    • Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real time

    • A flexible, “cando” mindset and willingness to adapt to change

    • High school diploma or GED

    • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

    • Must reside within 30 miles of the training location (3700 Central Ave, Riverside, CA 92506)

    • The starting pay range for this position is $23.00 – $25.00 per hour. Additionally, after completion of training, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon your team and individual performance.
