Pay Range:
$21.14 - $26.29 - Hourly – Depending on ExperienceJob is:
Location: Remote + 10% in person requirement for events, PDs, etc. located in the San Gabriel Valley, Los Angeles, and Pasadena areas
**Must reside in Southern California within 3 hours driving distance of an OFY/OFL school site**
Hours:
TOC staff are scheduled at a maximum of 29 hours/week.
School hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm; Hours are not guaranteed and may vary.
Anticipated schedule:
Monday-Thursday 9am-4pm, Friday 9am-12pm.
Our Ideal Candidate Will:
Provide tutoring and instruction to students within a small classroom environment and/or 1 on 1.
Post and market availability of tutoring along with schedule.
Maintain a consistent schedule as arranged with their supervisor.
Provide support to the teachers as needed.
Create a tracking system that indicates student appointment times, progress, and areas of improvement.
Have clear communication with teachers to support students who need additional support in the designated subject area.
You’ll Need The Following Minimum Requirements:
Proficient in the designated subject.
Previous tutoring experience preferred.
Proficient computer knowledge and previous experience with Microsoft software.
