We are a dynamic business law firm dedicated to providing top-notch legal services to our diverse clientele. We are currently seeking an experienced Contract Attorney to assist us in drafting comprehensive and legally sound Terms of Use (TOU) agreements for our clients.

Job Description:
As a Contract Attorney specializing in Terms of Use, you will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and finalizing TOU agreements that meet the specific needs of our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of contract law, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to tailor agreements to various business models and industries.

Responsibilities:
- Draft and review Terms of Use (TOU) agreements for clients.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Tailor TOU agreements to fit the specific needs of different business models and industries.
- Provide legal advice and recommendations to clients regarding their TOU.
- Collaborate with our legal team to ensure consistency and quality across all legal documents.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in California.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract law, with a focus on drafting Terms of Use agreements.
- Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
- Excellent legal drafting and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality legal documents on time.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with clients in various industries.
- Familiarity with international laws and regulations related to Terms of Use.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
