Job Description

We are seeking a Global Demand CoE Manager with a strategic mindset and a passion for building end-to-end planning solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on connecting systems, processes, and people to drive transformation. As part of the Global Integrated Planning Center of Excellence, you’ll lead demand planning initiatives, act as a Product Owner for planning tools, and champion global process harmonization.

You’ll work cross-functionally to align business needs with platform capabilities, enhance digital planning tools, and drive adoption through change management and training. If you’re energized by leading change and delivering measurable impact, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global and regional end-to-end demand planning processes, aligning cross-functional teams and translating business needs into platform requirements
  • Develop and execute the Demand Planning roadmap, aligning with broader supply chain strategy and driving digitization initiatives
  • Serve as Product Owner for demand planning technology (e.g., o9), managing product backlogs, refining user stories, and ensuring successful delivery
  • Monitor and report on key planning KPIs, improve training materials, and drive user engagement and adoption
  • Standardize and harmonize planning practices globally, leading change management efforts and ensuring smooth transitions to new processes

Qualifications

Education/Certifications

  • BA/BS in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)

Work Experience

  • 6–7+ years in demand or sales planning, merchandising, or integrated business planning
  • Experience in footwear, apparel, or fashion preferred
  • Familiarity with AGILE project management is a plus

Skills/Competencies

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise demand planning platforms
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and resilience in a dynamic environment

$110,000 - $120,000 - This salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
