Job Title: HealthcareNurse Recruiter
Location: Remote (U.S.based)
Compensation: $40,000 $80,000 annually (40K Base with uncapped commission)

As we continue to grow, we’re seeking experienced, driven recruiters to join us on a contract basis and help us deliver exceptional talent to our clients.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. This role is fully remote, base and commission. Ideal for recruiters who thrive in a highvolume, agency environment. You’ll be responsible for the fullcycle recruitment of nursing and allied health professionals for contract and direct placement opportunities nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit toptier healthcare professionals (RNs, IVPICC nurses, Radiology Techs, etc.)
  • Screen and qualify candidates based on skill set, experience, and credentialing requirements
  • Coordinate interviews, manage submittals, and support onboarding in collaboration with account managers
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and CRMATS records
  • Ensure all candidates meet compliance and credentialing requirements prior to placement
  • Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams regarding candidate progress and availability
    • Requirements:

      • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare recruiting (preferably agency or staffing experience)
      • Successful track record placing nurses and allied health professionals
      • Strong knowledge of healthcare licensure, compliance, and credentialing standards
      • Proficiency with sourcing platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.)
      • Selfstarter mindset with the ability to work independently and hit targets
      • Excellent organizational and communication skills
      • Must be U.S.based and authorized to work as a 1099 contractor
