What Youll Do:
Cecelia Health seeks to hire a Customer Program Manager. This remote role is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of customerfacing initiatives and helping implement and optimize programs across our client base. The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare, digital health, or related industries and is energized by working crossfunctionally to drive impact. This is an earlycareer role with growth potential—ideal for someone who is comfortable operating in gray space and excited to help shape how Cecelia Health manages and grows customer relationships over time.
Primary Responsibilities:
Support customer program execution by partnering with subject matter experts to drive internal follow‑through on customer‑related tasks and timelines.
Track action items, prepare meeting agendas, capture detailed notes, and ensure key deliverables stay on schedule.
Collaborate with clinical operations, data & analytics, marketing, and technology teams to gather updates and resources needed for customer programs.
Maintain shared resources such as customer project plans, trackers, SOPs, and other reports.
Assist in customer reporting by consolidating information and preparing recurring program reports and presentations.
Help develop scalable playbooks, processes, and templates for future customer initiatives.
Contribute to ongoing improvement efforts across project delivery and the customer experience.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelors degree required.
35 years of program coordination or customer management experience, ideally in healthcare, digital health, or a regulated industry.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in a role that blends project management with evolving customer engagement strategy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint (e.g., slide creation for customerfacing use), with strong email communication skills in Outlook.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work across teams and with external customers.
Motivated by solving problems, improving processes, and creating new ways of working.
Must reside in the US.
