The Growth & ABM Manager will play a critical role in driving Wpromote’s demand generation efforts through strategic AccountBased Marketing (ABM) programs and growth marketing campaigns. This position is ideal for a handson marketer who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and technology, with a passion for orchestrating highly targeted, multichannel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline impact.
You’ll leverage our tech stack to engage key accounts and personas across the buyer journey, accelerating awareness, engagement, and conversion.
This role is both strategic and executional: you’ll design, launch, and optimize programs while partnering closely with sales, content, marketing operations, and revenue operations teams to ensure alignment on goals and KPIs.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $90,000$115,000 based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and the respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. At Wpromote, pay ranges are subject to change and are based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to thirdparty salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above) and an annual performance bonus.
