The Role

The Growth & ABM Manager will play a critical role in driving Wpromote’s demand generation efforts through strategic AccountBased Marketing (ABM) programs and growth marketing campaigns. This position is ideal for a handson marketer who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and technology, with a passion for orchestrating highly targeted, multichannel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline impact.

You’ll leverage our tech stack to engage key accounts and personas across the buyer journey, accelerating awareness, engagement, and conversion.

This role is both strategic and executional: you’ll design, launch, and optimize programs while partnering closely with sales, content, marketing operations, and revenue operations teams to ensure alignment on goals and KPIs.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $90,000$115,000 based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and the respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. At Wpromote, pay ranges are subject to change and are based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to thirdparty salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above) and an annual performance bonus.

You Will Be
  • Designing and executing scalable 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM campaigns tailored to key verticals, personas, and buying stages to increase account engagement, generate qualified leads, and drive pipeline growth
  • Building and managing multichannel campaigns leveraging paid and organic channels to activate target accounts
  • Identifying and executing datadriven tactics for lead nurturing, retargeting, and customer acquisition to drive netnew pipeline and accelerate existing opportunities
  • Utilizing Demandbase, SFDC, Clay, and other platforms to orchestrate, personalize, and measure campaigns effectively
  • Ensuring all campaigns are tracked with proper attribution models and UTM frameworks
  • Measuring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance (lead quality, conversion rates, pipelinerevenue impact) and providing recommendations for optimization
  • Partnering with sales, content, and operations teams to align campaign objectives and messaging, ensuring seamless handoff and followup processes
  • Staying current with ABM, growth marketing, and martech best practices to drive innovation and efficiency in Wpromote’s demand generation efforts

  • You Must Have
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, ABM, or growth marketing
  • A proven track record of building and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns in a B2B environment
  • Handson experience with Marketing Automation platforms, Salesforce (SFDC), and advanced ABM platforms (Demandbase strongly preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking campaign performance and making datadriven decisions
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to align stakeholders across marketing, sales, and operations
  • A proactive, resultsdriven mindset and thrive in taking ownership to drive impact

  • Nice To Have
  • Experience working in an agency or highgrowth SaaSB2B environment
  • Knowledge of multitouch attribution and lead scoring frameworks
  • Comfortable experimenting with emerging growth channels and tactics
  • Familiarity with tools like Clay, Goldcast, Hockeystack, and other martech platforms
