Senior FullStack Web Engineer

Serve as the technical lead for a fullstack engineering team working on enterprise web applications.

• Guide technical architecture and system design decisions across the stack (frontend, service layer, database, infrastructure).

• • Provide daytoday mentorship, guidance, and support to junior and midlevel engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

  • • Perform and facilitate code reviews, architectural discussions, and pair programming when appropriate.

    • Project & Process Leadership

      • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and QA Engineers to flesh out feature requirements and technical specifications.

      • • Own estimation, technical planning, and risk mitigation for the team’s feature delivery.

        • • Report regularly on team velocity, priorities, blockers, and progress to stakeholders.

          • • Champion Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar enterprise agile methodologies in sprint ceremonies and crossteam initiatives.

            • • Help define and refine team processes, toolchains, and deployment pipelines.

              • CrossDisciplinary Communication

                • Serve as a technical liaison between engineering and nontechnical stakeholders.

                • • Clearly articulate tradeoffs, timelines, and technical debt considerations in business terms.

                  • • Actively participate in roadmap planning, sprint reviews, and strategy discussions.

                    • Minimum Qualifications:

                      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field

                      • • 10+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on enterprisegrade web applications.

                        • • 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role with direct mentoring and architecture responsibilities.

                          • • Demonstrated ability to lead fullstack projects from inception through delivery.

                            • • Expertise in Angular, TypeScript, C#.NET, and SQL Server.

                              • • Experience designing and deploying scalable applications in Azure or similar cloud environments.

                                • • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interface effectively with both technical and nontechnical audiences.

                                  • • Proficiency with Git for version control and team collaboration in sourcemanaged codebases.

                                    • • Strong understanding of modern DevOps principles and experience with CICD pipelines.

                                              • Preferred Qualifications:

                                                • Experience in the healthcare domain or with regulated industries.

                                                • • Working knowledge of Java (Spring Boot or related frameworks).

                                                  • • Exposure to test automation, performance profiling, and application monitoring tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, Application Insights, etc.).

                                                    • • Handson experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or infrastructureascode tools (e.g., Terraform, Bicep).
