The AECO sectors sales organization is evolving as we strive to deliver the highest value to our customers through industryleading products and services. To achieve this, were building a dedicated Account Selling team focused on specific accounts, aiming to sell the full AECO portfolio and provide a complete construction software experience. This team will work closely with our product selling teams, who possess deep product expertise and market knowledge crucial for uncovering customer needs and selling targeted solutions. The successful partnership and collaboration between these two teams are vital for revenue generation and customer success.
Youll unite and coach divisional teams, guiding them to achieve both revenue and career goals. This role demands a strong communicator who is wellorganized, structured, creative, and adept at strategic planning and execution. Youll need to motivate sales staff at all levels and work seamlessly across sectors to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
Lead and empower product teams to deliver and exceed quota.
Execute the GotoMarket strategy to achieve specific business objectives and contribute to longrange organizational strategy alongside other senior managers.
Collaborate closely with AECO Sales leadership to finalize all operating selling motions and aspects of the unified sales organization, with a special focus on the Account Seller role.
Develop leadership roles for key regional functions, including deep technical and marketdriven sales expertise (product) selling motions.
Build a successful sales team through effective hiring, development, and training.
Provide accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting to senior sales management.
Own the business area as if it were your own, consistently monitoring team sales activity and tracking results.
Maximize share of wallet, achieve targets, and win against competitors through flawless execution.
Establish plans for retention and continuous development of key sales talent, ensuring sales employees are equipped with the necessary product, system, and sellingskills training.
Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity, providing valuable feedback to the senior sales leadership team.
Partner closely with the marketing team to ensure programs align with overall sales objectives. Provide input and feedback to marketing to improve targeted messaging in specific vertical markets and maximize revenues.
Work crossfunctionally with internal partners and resources to ensure consistent processes and foster a successful team.
Be responsible for key solution and workflow selling along with product selling, participating in closing strategic opportunities.
Possess the ability to develop and execute tactical sales plans that meet or exceed organizational growth objectives.
Collaborate crossfunctionally with the AECO product team to deliver valuable prospect, customer, and seller feedback on the AECO product portfolio and specified products.
Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience; leading managers of managers is a plus given the crossfunctional nature of our business.
Experience in a SaaS company, particularly in supporting the transition from perpetual to subscription models.
Knowledge of the construction andor AEC industries is a strong asset.
Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, motivate, and influence others to achieve strategic and financial objectives.
Proven ability to recruit, hire, train, manage, motivate, and develop a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You listen effectively, transmit information accurately and understandably, and actively seek feedback.
Capable of dealing effectively with highlevel executives both internally and externally.
Demonstrated expertise in selling strategies and methodologies, as well as strategic planning and execution.
Salary+variable = $240,000 OTE +
