Experience in channel sales, partner management, or strategic alliances, preferably in edtech, workforce development, or SaaS., Strong business acumen and storytelling skills to translate Chegg’s value to partners., Proven ability to close new deals through indirect channels and meet sales quotas., Interest or experience in education, reskilling, and upskilling, with familiarity in channel models like resellers and marketplaces..

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and close new channel partnerships aligned with Chegg Skills' mission.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with strategic accounts.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of partners focusing on activation, retention, and revenue expansion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to operationalize partner agreements and monitor KPIs.

We’re looking for a Partner Account Lead, Channels & Marketplaces to lead and grow some of our most critical partner relationships. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that operational excellence and strong learner outcomes turn into highleverage partner success and revenue growth.

This is a growthoriented, partnerfacing role that requires both account management strategic and growth tactics. You’ll close new channel and marketplace deals, ensure they are built for longterm success, and then take ownership of the relationship after launch—driving both strategic and revenue expansion.
