Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games Hospitality Team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the visual experience for guests, partners, and stakeholders throughout the Games.

This role blends strategy with storytelling, design excellence with precision, and creativity with culture.

You will be responsible for delivering worldclass design solutions that elevate the guest experience across a wide range of formats — from digital campaigns and printed collateral to environmental graphics and presentations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the concepting, development, and execution of assets across print and digital formats.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with Brand, Production, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure design alignment with LA28’s visual identity and tone.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and creative consistency across all deliverables.
  • Develop guidelines, templates, and systems to ensure scalable and coherent design workflows.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and translate strategic goals into strong visual concepts.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
  • Bonus: Support with video editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling as needed.
    • Skills & Qualifications
      • 7+ years of professional design experience, ideally with a background in sports and largescale events.
      • Proven track record of delivering innovative and refined creative solutions.
      • Indepth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
      • Familiarity with After Effects, and Premiere Pro is a strong plus.
      • Confident working in PowerPoint and Keynote for executivelevel presentations.
      • Ability to work precisely and thoroughly with high attention to brand detail.
      • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
      • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
      • Passionate about worldclass design, culture, and the Olympic movement.
        • Eligibility
          • Must be based in the United States and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
          • Ability to travel domestically and internationally for team meetings or venue visits, if required.
            • This is a fulltime contract position. The contract will extend until September 2028

              Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on jobrelated qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short and longterm incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.


              Hiring Range Minimum:

              $82,500 annually

              Hiring Range Maximum:

              $110,000 annually
