Job description

We are now looking for a Field Applications Engineer! NVIDIA’s AI platforms have already made a major impact on the field and are broadly used across leading academic institutions, startups, and industry, including the world’s largest enterprise companies. We need passionate, hardworking, and creative people to help us continue to bring groundbreaking enterprise solutions to the world. This Field Applications Engineering role is for a specialist in Ethernet and Infiniband switch system design, networking as it relates to AI factories.

NVIDIA is seeking an outstanding Switching Field Applications Engineer (FAE) with deep expertise in switching and a strong focus on datacenter system and network design for AI computing. In this role, you will serve as the technical liaison for all switching activities between engineering and Nvidia customers ensuring seamless engagement and a positive customer experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide expert technical support for integrating NVIDIA switches into OEM partner solutions, resolving complex hardware, software, and deployment challenges.

  • Serve as the technical lead for NVIDIA switching products, partnering closely with sales account managers to deliver highperformance AI datacenter solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong technical relationships with customer engineers, architects, and decisionmakers at key enterprise AI accounts.

  • Identify customer architectures and translate evolving requirements into actionable insights for product and solution development.

  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with internal engineering, product, and support teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
