Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field., Minimum of 2 years relevant experience, preferably in ophthalmology., Clinical experience in ophthalmology and knowledge of refractive devices is preferred., Fluent in English with excellent communication skills..

Key responsibilities:

  • Train surgeons and staff on Alcon's surgical devices and products.
  • Provide on-site and remote clinical support and technical training.
  • Ensure proper implementation of equipment and software upgrades at clinical sites.
  • Document visits and report adverse events following company protocols.
