As an OTC Category Manager, you will lead business analysis efforts by providing datadriven insights and analytical support to identify and communicate business opportunities and challenges. You will shape product assortment, pricing, and promotions, build strong supplier and crossfunctional relationships, and use market insights to deliver standout value to customers.

In this role, a typical day will include:


• Develop and implement category strategies, including product assortment, pricing, and promotional initiatives, to drive growth and profitability in Vision Care
• Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, negotiate terms, and ensure optimal product availability, quality, and cost
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape to guide category decisions and provide insights for innovation and differentiation
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to align category strategies with overall business objectives
• Monitor category performance, conduct regular business reviews with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets and identify opportunities for improvement
• Contribute to category budgets, resource allocation decisions, and clearly communicate category strategies and insights to partners and teams
