Great Hill is seeking a RCMI Senior Solution Technical Expert (SSTE) in the continental US to support the Defense Health Agency. The objective of this work is to support the DHA Financial Operations, J8 with capabilities for optimization of revenue cycle efforts to prioritize improvement opportunities, begin reducing work queue backlog in MHS GENESIS, increase clinical workload capture, increase total billed for Third Party Collections (TPC), identify and correct areas where revenue leakage may be occurring, improve enterprise knowledge of workload and revenue capture, and enhance MTF staffs ability to manage their business and be auditready. assist our government healthcare client to optimize Revenue Cycle operations.

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Possess skill sets to flawlessly perform as technical build and system configuration expertise for MHS GENESIS RCM optimization, reconfigurations, and enhancements to existing and future identified gaps impacting workload and revenue capture.

Demonstrate ability to oversee and independently development, implementation, and validation testing of MHS GENESIS systematic builds within the RCM solution sets.

Experience with ticket queuing system issue resolution processes.

Professionally interact with identified RCM functional stakeholders within and outside the J8 Directorate to seamlessly implement resolutions to existing andor future issues or requirement enhancementsoptimizations.

Where applicable, SSTE requires experience with development, modification, optimization, and integration of RCM workflows into clinical workflows. This requirement also involves knowledge of system errors caused by outdated or incorrectly built workflows with ability to troubleshootidentified impacted workflows requiring review and potential medication.

Where applicable, SSTE requires MHS business knowledge and experience to support DHA RCM functional stakeholders with DHA, DHN, and MTF communications, education, and training to expedite enhanced end user learning and understanding.

Basic Qualifications:

Must have no less than four (4) years’ experience is preferred with direct OracleCerner EHR RCM Solution initial builds, trouble shooting, issue resolution, and system reconfigurations. Less than four (4) years may be accepted with review and final determination done on an individual basis.

Can achieve a Favorable Suitability Adjudication, based on a Tier 2 background investigation.

Due to the nature of the government contract requirements andor clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.

Ability to analyze and interpret complex data, processes, and reports related to revenue cycle and integrity and identify and resolve related issues and problems

Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, clients, business partners, and other various stakeholders involved in revenue cycle.

Ability to succeed in a dynamic team environment and produce deliverables in tight timeframes.

Microsoft Office 365 proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.

Desired Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or healthcarerelated field. An Associate degree combined with an additional five (5) years of Revenue Cycle experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree.

Possess a Favorable Suitability Adjudication, based on a current Tier 2 background investigation.

Possess a DHA issued Common Access Card (CAC)

Substantial experience within the Military Health System (MHS) environment and requisite knowledge of revenue cycle operations.

Ability to use various software applications and tools to perform Revenue Cycle functions, such as Electronic Health Record systems (OracleCerner Patient Accounting Module (CPAM)), billingclaim solutionssystems (Electronic Claims Clearinghouse (SSI), 3M 360 Encompass Institutional & Professional Coding, Claim Scrubber Edits (Alpha ii), Patient StatementsLetters (RevSpring)), data analytics toolsrepositories (Excel, Power BI, SAS, Tableau, HealtheAnalytics), and reports: HealtheAnalytics, Discern Reporting Portal, and Lights On Network, ideally in the MHS environment.

SSTE with at least one of these: Patient Accounting, Supply, PathNet, Business Standards and Workflow, Business Support, Registration, Scheduling, Appointing, and Patient Care Location, Referral Management, Forms and Documentation, OrdersRules & Alerts.

Experience with educational course material design and build for DHA MHS GENESIS RCM Solution Owner Teams, and intermediate and advanced end user training that includes Edit Failures from the Alpha ii Scrubber and SSI Clearinghouse Scrubber. Identification of missing training components impacting end users’ ability to consistently complete encounters in streamlined and expedited manner.
