Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer for a contracttohire opportunity with one of our leading clients. The ideal candidate will be wellversed in frontend and backend development, experienced with database technologies, and knowledgeable in DevOps best practices. This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be based in the New York City Metropolitan area to accommodate occasional onsite collaboration if needed.
As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust, scalable web applications and services. You’ll collaborate with crossfunctional teams to bring ideas to life and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain responsive and userfriendly frontend applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular.
  • Design and implement scalable backend services using Python, Java, Ruby, or Node.js, with frameworks like Django, Express.js, or Rails.
  • Build and consume RESTful and SOAP APIs, and contribute to microservices architecture.
  • Work with both SQL (e.g., Oracle PLSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
  • Collaborate with DevOps to support CICD pipelines, version control via Git, and containerization using Docker.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and performance optimization efforts.
  • Demonstrate strong problemsolving and analytical thinking in a collaborative team environment.
  • Take ownership of deliverables and proactively communicate status and blockers.

    • Required Skills & Experience:
      • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with handson expertise across frontend and backend technologies.
      • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
      • Proficiency in one or more serverside languages: Python, Java, Ruby, or Node.js.
      • Experience with serverside frameworks such as Django, Express.js, or Rails.
      • Solid understanding and handson experience with RESTSOAP APIs and microservices.
      • Strong database skills with SQL (Oracle PLSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
      • Familiarity with version control (Git) and DevOps practices (CICD pipelines, Docker).
      • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problemsolving skills.
      • Selfmotivated, accountable, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.

        • Preferred Qualifications:
          • Experience working in AgileScrum environments.
          • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
          • Knowledge of automated testing tools and practices.
