Job Description:

BCubed Engineering Corporation is currently hiring highly skilled and motivated Systems Engineers in Warrenton, VA. As a Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in bringing our products through the systems engineering life cycle, to include designing, implementing, and maintaining systems that support our customer missions. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the seamless integration of hardware, software, and network components to achieve optimal system performance and reliability. The ideal candidate is a detailoriented problem solver with a strong technical background and a passion for building robust systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement complex systems architecture to technical requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather system requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Evaluate and select appropriate hardware, software, and network components for system implementation
• Support installation and configuration of system hardware, operating systems, and software applications
• Perform system integration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth and efficient system functionality
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration details, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including software developers, network engineers, and DSP developers, to ensure cohesive system integration
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams, assisting with systemrelated issues

• Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus
  • Proven experience working as a Systems Engineer or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of systems engineering principles and methodologies
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing complex systems architecture
  • Solid understanding of hardware, operating systems, network protocols, and software applications
  • Experience with system integration, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must have a U.S. TSSCI Security Clearance (required).
