Job Description:
BCubed Engineering is actively hiring highly motivated, mission-oriented Program
Managers in Warrenton, VA with strong backgrounds supporting technical missions. Program
Managers will be responsible for leading all phases of the program lifecycle, from proposal
development through startup, execution, and contract closeout. Primary responsibilities will
include the management of cost, schedule, and scope, in addition to being able lead the
execution of complex technical tasks and cultivate customer relationships to advance
opportunities within the customer community.
Strong candidates will meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s and 7+ years, or master’s degree and 5+ years’ experience supporting U.S.
Government contracts and customers - Demonstrated experience leading technical efforts and a variety of contract types to include CPFF, FFP, and T&M
- Demonstrated experience effectively balancing multiple efforts simultaneously to successful completion with limited direction
- Demonstrated experience identifying, selecting, directing, and managing subcontractors and supply chain elements in alignment with the program goals and company strategy
- Active TS//SCI Clearance
Highly Desired:
- Background in Software Development, Digital Signal Processing (DSP), Mechanical Engineering, or Systems Engineering
- The ability to look across projects and programs to identify synergies, push customer collaboration, and drive mission development
- Capture management experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
