About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and technically focused Director of Technical Consulting & AI Transformation to lead a highperforming team of technical architects, technical consultants, and engineers. This team partners with enterprise customers to guide complex implementations, activate advanced AI capabilities, and drive measurable business outcomes.

You’ll play a central role in our servicesled growth strategy—accelerating timetovalue and influencing product evolution through realworld customer insight. With a strong foundation in AIML deployment, you’ll lead customers through use case design, model optimization, and enterprisegrade delivery of Outreach’s platform.

Location: Remote within the US.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include:
  • Lead and scale a team of technical architects and consultants delivering complex technical solutions and AIpowered transformations.
  • Embed into strategic accounts to accelerate adoption, gather deep feedback, and operationalize scalable solutions.
  • Drive customer AI transformation initiatives by identifying use cases and leading implementation of predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and workflow optimization.
  • Guide customers through data preparation, model integration, and deployment best practices.
  • Own the strategy and execution of Outreach’s technical delivery standards to ensure highquality, scalable, and repeatable implementations.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to influence roadmap and support AI capability rollout.
  • Support highimpact presales engagements through technical scoping, solution design, and proofofvalue efforts.
  • Define and track delivery KPIs (e.g., timetovalue, platform adoption, performance metrics) to drive operational excellence.
  • Contribute to Outreach’s AI thought leadership and represent customer needs in product development discussions.

  • Our Vision of You:
  • 10+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, or implementation leadership, ideally in enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven success leading customerfacing teams including technical architects or similar roles at the intersection of product, services, and innovation.
  • Deep understanding of AIML models, APIs, data pipelines, and deployment infrastructure.
  • Handson implementation experience with AI use cases such as NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics.
  • Involvement in data preparation, model finetuning, and performance optimization.
  • Strong technical acumen across SaaS platforms, enterprise integrations, cloud architecture, and GTMSalesTech ecosystems.
  • Experience translating complex business goals into technical solutions that drive measurable impact.
  • Executivelevel communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong operational mindset with experience driving KPIs, process improvements, and scalable delivery models.
