Infrastructure & Systems Operations
Implement autoscaling, selfhealing infrastructure components, and reduce manual toil via automation.
Automate routine database operations and assist developers with optimized query performance.
Participate in a 247 oncall rotation to handle production incidents.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, notforprofit University or College.
- A track record of commitment to prior employers.
- 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability, DevOps, or Systems Engineering roles in a SaaS or hyridcloud environment.
- Strong experience with Windows Server 20192022, Ubuntu Linux, and VMware infrastructure.
- Handson production experience with Kubernetes and ISTIO Service Mesh.
- Proficiency in querying SQL Server 20192022 environments.
- Understanding of SAMLbased authentication and identity federation tools like PingFederate.
- Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Knowledge of network security, Checkpoint firewalls, and secure infrastructure principles.
- Experience in a regulated SaaS environment (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid infrastructure.
- Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK Stack).
- Kubernetes certification (CKA, CKAD).
