I Join our dynamic GoToMarket (GTM) team at Thryv, where innovation meets execution. Our Data and Innovation team fuels outreach with AIdriven insights, leveraging data and sales tools to help both field and virtual sellers succeed. Together, we empower teams with the tools, data, and content they need to drive pipeline and performance. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about data analysis, has a strong understanding of sales strategies, and can innovate with data to drive results. Responsibilities

• Manages AI prompt engineering and agent building by leveraging innovative AI and AI Agents to improve sales systems, tools, and processes.
• Analyzes and interprets multiple data tables to deliver actionable insights and drive sales motions. Uses technical expertise to manipulate and transform data in Excel, Domo, and other BI tools.
• Leverages Salesforce expertise to understand objects and relationships and to pull and manage data effectively. Experience with HVS (High Velocity Sales) or Salesforce Engage is highly preferred.
• Utilizes Salesforce Data Loader for efficient data loading and management. Uses Excel, Salesforce reports, Einstein Analytics, and Domo to gather, organize, and validate data. Scrubs and enriches datasets to find relevant business information (websites, phone numbers, emails, etc.)
• Uses a strategic mindset to identify key data insights and sales opportunities based on data anomalies, gaps, and trends.
• Partners with sales teams (SDR, Call Center, Field) to analyze and interpret data and develop plans for strategic sales improvements.
• Streamlines the process of selecting targeted segment lists and allocates capacity strategically to maximize each salesperson’s performance and use of resources.
• Collaborates with the broader GTM team to brainstorm and implement unique strategic ideas for leveraging data in sales motions.

• Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelors degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience, required
  • 5+ years of related experience, required. 13 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within sales teams or call centers, required.
  • 9+ years of related experience, preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable using VLOOKUP, Power Query, filters, formulas, pivots, and data cleansing techniques.
  • Direct experience with Salesforce, including a solid understanding of objects, relationships, data management, and Salesforce Data Loader.
  • Demonstrates an analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and ability to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
  • Familiarity with APIs, data enrichment tools, and AI technologies.
  • Knowledge of cadence engagement tools and multichannel sales steps.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative writing skills with the ability to craft marketing messages as well as a basic understanding of AIdriven tools or automation workflows is preferred.
  • Ability to travel less than 5% of the time.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must successfully complete preemployment screening process, as required.
  • Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed.
