  • Lead product line technical escalations related to hardware, applications, and connectivity.
  • Support the release of new user-friendly and service-friendly products in collaboration with development teams.
  • Develop and improve system tools and documentation for installation, configuration, and support.
  • Deliver technical product training to partners and customers.

The Senior Technical Support Engineer, GPTS, SSA is responsible for technical requests and escalations from field Service Engineers. They also are the voice of Service in the NPD process. As well as continuous improvement of our systems and process.

This position reports to the Manager, Global Product Tech Support, SSA and is part of the Global Product Tech Support team. The role will be an onsite role in Miami, Fl.
