Qualifications:

At least 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master., Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps., Strong understanding of software development processes, preferably React and .NET., Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills..

Key responsibilities:

Lead Agile teams in delivering a new web application.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote Agile principles.

Manage stakeholder communication and expectations.

Support remote team collaboration and accountability.
