Job description

Zoom is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Lead to drive hiring strategy and execution for our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams across the Americas. You will bring deep expertise in GTM functions and a proven track record of leading, developing, and empowering recruiting teams to deliver high-impact results.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters supporting Sales, Channel, Marketing, Customer Success, and other GTM functions

  • Partner with GTM leaders and HR to align hiring plans with business objectives and growth targets

  • Own and execute end-to-end recruiting strategies, ensuring pipeline health and delivery of high-quality hires

  • Drive and directly support senior leadership searches across the GTM organization, ensuring a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience

  • Leverage data and insights to inform decisions, optimize processes, and report on recruiting performance to stakeholders

  • Champion an inclusive, candidate-first culture while ensuring equitable hiring practices across all stages

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience leading recruiters or TA teams within fast-paced, high-growth environments

  • 10+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, with a focus on GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and related functions)

  • Deep understanding of GTM org structures, sales motions, and talent markets across the Americas (or relevant region)

  • Proven track record supporting senior and executive-level GTM hiring, including calibrating with senior leaders

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust with senior GTM leaders and cross-functional partners

  • A strategic, data-informed mindset paired with hands-on execution, comfortable shifting between operational delivery and advising GTM leaders on hiring plans

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$126,500.00

Maximum:

$276,700.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
