We’re fully remote. If you strongly value inperson work, Freshpaint is likely not the best fit for you. Even though we don’t care where you’re located, we only hire within the US. Many of our team is concentrated in various metro areas like SF or NYC. To balance out our remoteness, we gather the team 2x times per year for offsites. Freshpaint was founded by web analytics veterans who realized how hard it was for highly regulated companies to collect and use customer data in a compliant way. Work with executive leadership to develop Freshpaints product strategy and roadmap
Hire, develop, and lead the product team that helps us execute on Freshpaints product strategy
Build an agile development process that drives roadmap execution through shipping and iterating quickly
Work closely with customer facing teams to develop a customercentric culture and ability to translate insights into product
Work crossfunctionally to identify and develop new features and products that retain customers, unlock expansion opportunities, increase new business velocity, and expand our TAM
Partner with engineering leadership to turn two functions (product and engineering) into one team that executes at a high level
10 years product management experience with 35 years leading product teams of 10 or more
Proven success in earlystage B2B SaaS startups (Series A to Series B)
Track record of delivering enterprise platform features like analytics, reporting, and thirdparty integrations
Ability to understand customer problems, pain, and workflows – translating those insights into product strategy and roadmap
Datadriven – uses and demands both quant and qual to guide decisions
Strength in working with executive leadership to develop and execute on the company product strategy
Success in shipping products from 0 to 1 and iterating based on customer feedback
Strong communicator with execs, engineers, customers, and investors
