We’re looking for an Implementation Manager with experience leading software implementation projects. Rad AI’s awardwinning software has experienced tremendous market growth. We are looking for a teammate with a “can do attitude that is adaptable in a fastpaced, highgrowth team. This role will report up through the Vice President of Implementation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work independently to plan, monitor, and manage multiple complex customerfacing projects

• Lead the endtoend delivery of Rad AI’s products to radiology practices and health systems, from kickoff to golive and transition to support

• Facilitate Discovery sessions to understand client workflows, requirements, and success criteria

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource needs

• Coordinate crossfunctional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Integration resources, to meet project objectives and deadlines

• Serve as the primary clientfacing contact throughout the implementation

• Ensure a smooth onboarding process by managing project timelines, dependencies, and communications with executive, clinical, and IT stakeholders

• Track and manage feature requests, ensuring clear communication, documentation, and prioritization

• Monitor project health, proactively identify risks, and escalate blockers, as needed

• Issue resolution and mitigation strategies based on datadriven decision making

• Conduct weekly status meetings with internal and external stakeholders

• Collaborate and coordinate with Rad AI’s product, engineering, and customer success teams for project goal setting, data integration, testing, and product feedback

• Provide ongoing updates to leadership throughout the project, via dashboards and reports

• Partner with crossfunctional teams, including Support and Client Success, to ensure customers are prepared for golive and longterm success

• Suggest process improvements and help with maintaining onboarding templates, documentation, and best practices

• Contribute to building a worldclass implementation organization that aims to exceed customer expectations with attentive, responsive, and knowledgeable service

• Who We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 plus years of relevant project management, implementation management, technical project management, or similar clientfacing experience, preferably within a healthcarehealthcare IT environment

  • Strong project planning and execution skills, including timeline, scope, and risk management

  • Excellent peoplerelationship management and communication skills, with the ability to hold others accountable

  • Practical working knowledge of SaaS solutions, implementations, and technical concepts

  • Eagerness to continuously learn, adapt, improve, and help others do so in a fastpaced, everchanging environment

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with all functions and areas of the company to share in challenges and successes, and work collaboratively towards common goals

  • Proficiency with project management tools

  • Nice to Haves:

    • Bachelor’s degree or above

    • Prior experience or familiarity with radiology workflows andor radiologyspecific healthcare IT

    • Growth stage scale startup experience

    • Prior professional consulting or healthcare software implementation experience

    • Prior experience or familiarity with radiology workflows

    • Prior experience or familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and EHRs
