VP Controller

Who You Are:

We’re looking for a strategic and handson accounting leader who is passionate about building scalable processes and teams in a fastpaced, highgrowth environment. You’re confident navigating complexity, grounded in GAAP expertise, and energized by the opportunity to lead through growth and drive operational excellence.

• CPA designation and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• 15+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 4+ years in a Controllerlevel role.
• Proven experience leading monthend close and preparing GAAPcompliant financial statements.
• Demonstrated success in optimizing accounting systems, including ERP platforms
• Strong leadership experience with a track record of building and developing highperforming teams.
• Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience managing audits and serving as the primary contact for external auditors.
• Effective crossfunctional collaborator with strong communication skills across technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the accounting team for scale.

This position is remote and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location. The total compensation package for this role also includes equity stock options and a target bonus.
