5+ years of experience in supplier-facing quality engineering, especially in mechanical hardware or components., Strong ability to influence suppliers through relationship-building and accountability., Process-oriented, results-driven, and confident in decision-making with limited data., Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, and structured quality processes..

Key responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and develop manufacturing partners using our maturity model and scorecards.
  • Lead root cause investigations and coach partners on corrective actions.
  • Work cross-functionally to improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and demonstrate value to customers.
  • Travel extensively across the U.S. to visit suppliers and support remote audits.
