About the Role:

The Talent Team at Planet is charting a new course and we’re seeking a temporary Talent Partner to help us take hiring to astronomical heights! Your mission will be to find the next wave of talent that will impact the future of Planet. Maintaining a humancentered approach, you will own working with department heads and hiring managers to create a streamlined and positive process. As the first impression for Planet you will be a key ambassador in telling our story—and lucky for you—it’s quite a compelling one!

This is a fulltime, remote position based in the United States. If located near an office, you are expected to work from that office 3 days per week. This temporary position is expected to last 6 months.

Impact You’ll Own:

  • Manage the full life cycle of the Talent Acquisition process from specification through the employment offer
  • Present a qualified and diverse candidate pool, guiding them through the process, leading to a hiring decision
  • Source, screen, cultivate, and close, never losing sight of the humanity needed to develop genuine relationships with diverse pools of talent.
  • Capability to focus on speed, quality and experience with those whom you’d partner with internally and externally.
  • Facilitate preinterview briefings and postinterview feedback debriefs to ensure we are aligning from start to finish and checking our biases.
  • Ability to learn and utilize the full functionality of our Talent Acquisition tech stack, ensuring the integrity of all data.
    • What You Bring:

      • 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
      • Experience using Greenhouse to manage the full talent lifecycle from application to offer
      • Experience hiring for highgrowth andor a technology company
      • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions at a time
      • Ability to partner with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to lead the Talent Acquisition process for active open positions
      • Ability to maintain adaptability, composure, and enthusiasm under pressure.
      • Ability to authentically connect with people from all backgrounds and experience levels
      • Experience handling highlysensitive, confidential company information
      • Exposure to outbound sourcing
      • Excellent communication, including asynchronous, interpersonal, and written
