About the Role

We’re looking for a Software Engineer II to join our Platform Engineering team. This team builds and maintains foundational systems that empower engineering teams across the company to ship highquality software quickly and reliably.

In this role, you’ll work on organizationwide CICD systems, help shape our internal developer platform (IDP), and contribute to improving the engineering experience at scale. You’ll collaborate closely with senior engineers and stakeholders, gaining handson experience with tooling, automation, and infrastructure that supports hundreds of developers.

• What You’ll Do

  • Help maintain and improve CI pipelines used across many repositories and teams
  • Contribute to the development of our internal developer platform (IDP), including selfservice tooling, workflows, and automation
  • Collaborate with senior engineers on testing, documenting, and implementing platform enhancements or new tool integrations.
  • Write reliable, maintainable code in languages like Python, Go, or TypeScript
  • Collaborate with teammates and internal customers to gather feedback and improve developer experience
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and pair programming sessions
  • Learn from senior engineers while contributing meaningfully to ongoing projects
    

  • Requirements

    About You

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
    • Some professional or projectbased experience with software development (internships, bootcamps, open source, etc.)
    • Familiarity with one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, JavaScriptTypeScript)
    • Exposure to CICD systems like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI
    • Curiosity about infrastructure and developer tooling
    • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from others
    • Ability to communicate clearly and ask thoughtful questions
    • Comfort working in a Unixlike environment and using Git

        • The Base Salary range for this position is $130,000 $165,000 annually. This range reflects base salary only and does not include additional compensation or benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum range for a new hire across the US for the posted position. A candidate’s specific pay will be determined on a casebycase basis and may vary based on the candidate’s jobrelated skills, relevant education, training, experience, certifications, and abilities of the candidate, as well as other factors unique to each candidate.
