Hey, I’m Will from CT SEO Pro . We’re a small but mighty team helping home service businesses across the U.S. think roofers, wildlife control, sewer & drain companies get more visibility and leads through Local SEO that actually works.

We’re not into fluff. We test, tweak, and stay on top of what actually drives results, so our clients can focus on doing what they do best.

I’ve been leading the strategy myself, but it’s time to bring someone on board who can take the reins and help shape how we do SEO at scale.

We’ve got a solid team already, and we’re excited to find someone who’s as nerdy about rankings as we are but who also knows how to lead and innovate.

We’re looking for a Head of SEO. You’re someone who loves local SEO, knows how to lead a team, and isn’t afraid to make big decisions based on data and results. Youre also someone who enjoys testing new things and improving SOPs to keep us ahead of the curve.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

🔍 Lead and mentor a team of 5 SEOs to ensure highimpact strategies are being implemented
🧠 Decide what works better links, smarter structure, citations, press releases—and make it happen
💬 Request extra budget from clients when needed to get real results
📈 Shape and constantly improve our local SEO SOPs
🧪 Keep testing and retesting strategies to stay cuttingedge
📣 Be responsible for rankings and lead generation success across our client base

You’re someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and doesn’t wait around for someone to tell you what to do.

Working Hours : This is a fulltime role with working hours from 6am to 2pm EST (a 3 4 hour overlap is needed, but no graveyard shifts!).

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need to have:

✅ 5 years + experience in SEO.

✅ Previous current experience in an agency setting

✅ Experience working with international and USbased clients

✅ Sound experience in Local SEO
✅ WordPress expertise
✅ Proven management experience

Brownie points for:

⭐ Experience with AI tools or agents
⭐ Background working with home servicebased businesses
