The role will lead the end-to-end launch and activation of Lyric’s products. The Director of Product Commercialization is a high-impact role that will be responsible for taking products to market as well as GTM refresh or refinement of existing solutions as required to support the company’s growth strategy. This position is a central point of accountability for the process of enabling internal teams (sales, customer success, analytics) and early customers to use or sell the product.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY PERFORMANCE OUTCOMES

  • Lead all commercial readiness efforts, ensuring that marketing, sales, customer success, and legal/compliance are aligned and equipped for launch.
  • Collaborate with product strategy on positioning, messaging, and packaging that resonate with payer clients and reflect the product’s value.
  • Craft go-to-market strategies, messaging, sales enablement tools and launch materials.
  • Drive detailed product activation projects aligned with internal resources and market timelines.
  • Partner with Product Strategy, Product delivery teams to develop GTM training sessions including, pitch decks, ROI calculators, client FAQs, and objection-handling guides.
  • Ensure operational scalability and client onboarding readiness by coordinating with implementation, support, and training teams.
  • Work with Marketing teams to provide data to create awareness and interest in the product through various promotional activities.
  • Support sales for early adopter customer engagement including pilot programs, guidance. Capture client feedback to refine positioning and features.
  • Continuously collect stakeholder and market feedback and performance data to iterate on product-market fit and refine GTM tactics and materials post-launch.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree in technology, business or related field. If no degree then an additional four (4) years of experience as described below is required.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in healthcare technology or payment integrity with five (5) years in product strategy, product marketing, and PDLC in healthcare tech or payment integrity

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA
  • Industry advancements and/or artificial intelligence to consistently transform and personalize branding, materials and messaging
  • Proven experience of market delivery launching of a new product or product line
  • Experience in payment integrity functions, and payer-provider dynamics
  • Experience with go-to-market execution, including marketing and sales enablement collaboration


***The US base salary range for this full-time position is:

$176,292.00 - $264,439.00
